Where do you ship ?
Our shipments are made nationally and internationally. All your purchases arrive at the door of the address provided at the time of purchase.
Types of shipments:
National :
Free: Purchases over Bs. 1000 ($145)
Standard: Arrives between 2 to 3 business days with an extra cost of Bs. 30.
International :
Standard: Sent by a private company (DHL, FedEx) with a variable extra cost according to the country that goes on behalf of the client. Once your purchase has been processed you will obtain more information about how many business days it will take to arrive at your address
**We are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses, or extraordinary circumstances beyond our control. If your order is returned to us via carrier due to an incorrect shipping address, we will contact you and return the package. You will be responsible for any additional charges.
Can I order a model that is no longer available on the web or physical store?
Clear! It is possible to order old models or models that are no longer in stock, depending on the availability of material. Your order would take, from the moment of purchase, 7 to 10 business days for fabric garments and 15 days for woven pieces.
However, if you need a garment in a shorter period of time, let us know to see if there is the possibility of having it sooner.
Where do they make the clothes?
Our garments are made in different departments of Bolivia where we have groups of artisans and seamstresses. Our goal is to empower and preserve our trades, artisan weaving techniques, and national identity.

What is the return policy?
We make changes, but not cash returns. In case of having any observation with the product you can make changes in the model, size or color. The maximum time to make the change is 4 business days after making the purchase in the store and in the case of online purchases 4 days after dispatch and internationally we ask you to contact us within 4 days after receiving the package.
In case of a return, the shipping cost is borne by the customer and the shipping of the change by carlaquiroga.com
My garment did not fit, can I return it?
If you want to change your garment, you can make this change after 3 business days after receiving your purchase. If there is no model of your garment in the desired size, you can proceed to:
-Make an order for the corresponding garment that will take 7-15 business days.
-Change the garment to another color in the desired size.
-Change the model to a garment of the same or greater value, paying the difference.
What payment methods can I use on the website?
- Payment for your order is made through 'Livees checkout' and you can use a credit or debit card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club.
